National EFC Seminar, Wales 2009 Last weekend, Master Cassar and his team of instructors went away for the weekend to attend the Meeting of Minds EFC seminar in Wales. It was a very intense 2 day conference but very worthwhile as they met with many martial artists who practise different martial arts from all around the globe. Very important key speakers were asked to come to offer valuable insights into the martial art world and our very own Master Cassar was one of them. Pil Suhng Sir!
